Enzyme solutions (such as fish protein water-soluble fertilizer, plant-derived enzymatic solutions, peptone solutions, etc.) are rich in organic nutrients such as amino acids, peptides, and active proteins, and are the core raw materials in modern agriculture and the field of biological fermentation. However, the high organic matter and high moisture content of enzyme solutions naturally make them ideal breeding grounds for bacteria, molds, and yeast. Production process risks: During the enzymatic process, the temperature and humidity are suitable. Conventional general-purpose preservatives have poor compatibility with the protein colloid system of the enzymatic solution and can only inhibit bacteria for a short period of time.
