1. Multi-scenario plastic household items pose potential problems of microbial proliferation due to their diverse nature.

It is mainly used for storing items in wardrobes, balconies, and basements. During the rainy season and in high-temperature and high-humidity enclosed environments of shipping containers, the gaps in the box and the micro-pores of recycled materials are prone to accumulate mold spores. After storing clothes and bedding, black mold spots will grow, causing an unpleasant smell and polluting the textiles. Only by applying surface anti-mold coating can the protection last, but it disappears after friction or impact. Mold can continuously spread from the base material. 

Plastic wardrobe accessories (wardrobe partitions, hanging rods, drawer plastic parts, PVC wardrobe panels)

Embedding a universal adaptable composite antibacterial agent during the raw material injection molding stage is an efficient path for home plastic factories to achieve simultaneous quality upgrades across multiple product lines. 


2. The base material incorporates a sustained-release antibacterial system, providing long-term protection for all types of plastic parts simultaneously. 

Dalian Tianwei has independently developed a silver-zinc composite slow-release antibacterial system for common household plastic substrates such as PP, PE, ABS, PVC, and PS. This system comes in two forms: antibacterial masterbatch and powder antibacterial agent.
