The fungicide BK can be used in the following three major industry sectors.
The fungicide BK is a colorless to light yellow transparent liquid with a very faint smell or almost no odor. It is highly soluble in water and does not mix with oils. It is a broad-spectrum, low-toxicity, and high-temperature-resistant fungicide widely used in industrial water systems.
The fungicide BK can be used in the following three major industry sectors:
1. Agricultural Pest Control:
Disease prevention and control: Control fungal diseases such as rice blight, powdery mildew, and anthracnose.
Seed treatment: Soaking seeds or coating with a solution to prevent seedling damping-off disease (recommended concentration: 0.05% solution).
Special application: Using fumigants in greenhouse greenhouses for disinfection, to prevent the spread of diseases in high-humidity environments.
2. Medical Disinfection:
Equipment sterilization: Replacing glutaraldehyde for low-temperature immersion of endoscopes (reducing the soaking time by 40%).
Environmental disinfection: Aerosol spray was used to treat the ICU ward (with a kill rate of > 99.8% against MRSA).
Restricted application: Not suitable for direct skin-mucous membrane contact disinfection.
3. Industrial Protection:
Recirculating water system: Controls the formation of Legionella biofilm in cooling towers.
Packaging material: Paper pulp with 0.1% BK added to prevent mold growth.
Antifungal and efficiency-enhancing: Combining with isothiazolinone can extend the anti-mold duration of the coating.
Metalworking fluid: Prevents the deterioration of cutting fluid, eliminates odors, and inhibits mold growth;
Paper industry: Protect the pulp fibers, enhance the strength of the paper, and prevent microbial degradation in high-level water tanks and white water ponds;
Coatings and Adhesives: Preventing water-based systems from deteriorating and going moldy during storage.
