Product Overview：
It cause the system has all the conditions (temperature, water, and nutrients) required for the propagation of microorganisms, bacteria, molds, and algae can be easily propagated. Even if relevant measures are taken, the problem of microbial growth cannot be completely avoided. The propagation of microorganisms will not only lead to emulsified oil spoilage and odor, but also because the viscous liquid secreted by microorganisms will be bonded with inorganic salts, impurities, corrosion products, oil stains, and dead bacteria in the cutting fluid to form a slimy deposit. As a result, the emulsified oil thickens and becomes viscous. Once these components are deposited and adhered to the system's pipes and screens, they can cause clogging of the pipes and nozzles.
